Customer experiences
Didn't have any problems with the NW Cache location until today. The lady with thick glasses, whom another reviewer mistakenly described as "helpful," made me come inside to get my order after I placed it through the app for drive-thru, because they "weren't taking any more drive-thru orders," then nobody helped me for around 20 minutes after I kindly obliged to come inside without complaint. Canceled my order and left when a random customer was seemingly chastised by that same "helpful" woman for simply requesting someone attend the front end of the restaurant. Restaff the whole location already.
Me and my family went to this mcdonalds because we are visiting family here. The two ladies infront were very passive aggressive ariund 7:15 PM , I didnt get their names but they were giving us very bad attitude towards all of us. They forgot to give us our cups for our drink and told us to get it behind the counter which Ive never seen before at any mcdonalds as we do travel a lot aswell. I asked for a refund because I had to tell them I was missing a frappe and they said the machine didnt work , I asked for a refund and they didnt say anything but hand me a coffee with whipped cream on top. No refund. No frappe.
Isa the employee is phenomenal. We ordered a meal from McDonald’s on the 67th Street address however they closed early. I called this location on Cache and Isa said that she will take care of us. She was so kind and takes pride and great care of her customers.
I recently visited McDonald’s and had a mixed experience. One staff member, Key, stood out in the best way possible. When another customer rudely walked away from me, Key took the time to assist me personally, brought my food to my table, and made sure I was taken care of. That level of kindness and service is rare and deserves recognition—employees like Key should be rewarded for doing the right thing. However, my rating is three stars because of the lack of healthy menu options. McDonald’s has taken away staples like the parfait, shaker salad, and healthier breakfast items. The meal I ordered came to about 700 calories, yet it was not very satisfying. McDonald’s has long been an iconic brand, but I believe both corporate leadership and local management need to work together to restore balance—offering nutritious choices while continuing to provide the classic favorites. Overall, McDonald’s is still a strong company, but investing in healthier options and recognizing outstanding employees like Key would make the customer experience much better.
