Sandeep SinghVery Bad experience with #9 Auto sale . We bought 2019 ford escape from them . First when we saw the vehicle and selected it they higher the price. But we vehicle looked good so we bought it. We hardly drive it and after 10000km the turbo gave issues. The transmission failed after driving 30k. Don’t trust them and their vehicles. I wish I can give them 0 star but don’t have a choice. Never go there to buy a vehicle.

Gino SaievaI recently visited 9 Auto and was pleased to discover it was a family-owned business. However, my experience took an unfortunate turn. While reviewing a vehicle with the owner, he verbally offered a discounted price, prompting us to take the vehicle for a test drive, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Upon returning to finalize the financing, we were surprised to find the price had increased by $4400. When questioned, the owner attributed the discrepancy to an error made during our initial discussion by the vehicle. I was disappointed with the manner in which they conducted business, as it appeared they sought to build enthusiasm for the vehicle before substantially increasing the price. We were at the 7 seater talking about it right next to the vehicle. Please don't lie. The whole reason we asked for the key was for the price you provided which changed as soon as we were gunna apply for the financing. Shout out to clutch for offering more for my current vehicle than u did on trade in.
