I have been to a few physical therapists and different places over the past 2 years. Ian Danis at PT Pros is by far the best I've gone to. Modern techniques, modern equipment, clean and easily locatable facility. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you go try to get Ian he's the best

PT Pros Lexington is an excellent facility. It is conveniently located, well equipped, and staffed with a very competent and professional team. They are keen to understand your needs and goals and accommodate them with a work plan that keeps you moving towards success but is also flexible, understanding that sometimes you are not at 100% and need to dial it back a bit. The staff is supportive, caring and encouraging, and respectful of everyone. They are knowledgeable and can provide excellent insights into your condition and how to improve it. PT Pros Lexington gets my strongest endorsement.

Ian danis has been an absolutely phenomenal physical therapist. He explained my injury to me better than any of my doctors and what my healing process would be like. Very knowledgeable and a key reason for my recovery

I can't recommend PT Pros, and specifically Gabi, enough. For over six months I had shoulder instability issues which I initially had treated by an orthopedic surgeon and his PAs. While I don't necessarily blame them for the lack of diagnosis since in the beginning my pain was constantly migrating, the lack of at home therapy/initiative they gave me was discouraging. Rest was their priority and it simply wasn't working. Just a band aid that eventually peeled off with the initial wound still fresh. Enter PT pros. I'm skeptical of physical therapy in general -- it's been largely unsuccessful for me in the past, but Gabi progressed the load my shoulder was under every week. Slowly built up the stability, assured me that pain was okay and that regression was normal, but to keep with it and that I'd ultimately be on an upward trajectory. What I enjoyed most is that, while some exercises repeated each week, she introduced something new every time I went. Being able to repeat exercises at home while not plateauing was huge for me. I've gone a total of seven times and can't express how much better my shoulder feels. I've gone from fear of aggravation in simple movements to confidence in load bearing exercises. If I get a little lazy and take a few days off, I can feel that instability set in a bit, so it reinforces that what we've been doing has worked. Big thanks to Gabi. I highly recommend her. It feels good to be getting back to normal.
