what an awful place with people who hate their life so much that they have to try and inconvenience others. the driver didn't even ring the bell when he/she tried to drop off my package and left a pickup slip. btw, they easily could have left it at the door there was no reason for someone to be there to receive it. i went to the orangeville location, my dad went inside to get the package and he mentioned that we were home and the delivery person never rang the bell and the horrible lady working there didn't even respond to him, just gave the package and went to the back. how rude and mannerless. do you train your customer service reps to be rude or something?

Delivered a card saying we missed you. Thats bull. Driver didn't even ring the doorbell. My wife was just inside. Now I got to go uptown tomorrow to get my package. I would have went with Canada post if I knew they were going to do this. Extremely poor service. Last time you get my business. UPS had a new customer.

Worst drop off site EVER!! You don't deserve the ☆ i gave. Would a sign kill you, Purolator? Anything to let a person know where the drop off box ACTUALLY IS?? You have construction in the parking lot, a parking lot I parked in for almost 10yrs & I had GPS on...the needs to be signage This postal strike is teaching me how ridiculous it is to send packages. Put up signage and I'll edit my review.

Unbelievable, was supposed to have a parcel shipped on Sept 17, it arrived on the 16th, we weren't home, we didn't expect it so they had it send to their depot for us to pick up, the depot is 1 hr and 10 minutes away from me, nothing closer? Then I contact them to reship, they arrange it to arrive on the 18th of September so I take the day off, only i find out it wasn't arranged to be resent and I spoke to a ghost i guess...I ask if they can redirect it to my work and after making all the arrangements get a call saying they can't do it, in the meantime I get another purolator delivery which was left on my step so to get it I have to open the door and knock it off the step, when I ask if he can please not leave it on the step his reply was stop ordering on line...... You guys suck and have no clue what customer service is.....I HATE PUROLATOR, I lost of day of work because of you....my money is not disposable.. but hey, do what you want cause it's always at your customers expense. No accountability ever! Ergh
