When my water heater went out, I called several plumbing companies and selected Radiant because of their reputation and ratings online. They had somebody out to me within two hours. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He worked with me to get the tankless water heater that I thought would be the a good replacement, providing alternatives as well, so that I had a thorough understanding of the selections. The work was outstanding and was able finish that day even though a torrential rain occurred while he was completing the job. Probably not the cheapest guys in town, but they know what they’re doing so you can be assured that the job is done correctly.

Our technician Zeke was amazing! He patiently walked me through all of the solutions to the issues we were having and answered all of my questions! He was very supportive and made getting things ready for repair and installation as painless as possible. Erik was our plumber and was equally as fantastic as Zeke. He started working on fixing our issues late afternoon into the early evening and came back early the next day to finish the job. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them and with Radiant. They are wonderful and will keep them in mind for our future projects or plumbing emergencies!
