Red Sands Plumbing

On a Friday afternoon, we found ourselves with no running water. With a visit from Red Sands Plumbing (specifically Mark), our well pump was up and running in no time! We will definitely use you with future plumbing issues or upgrades. Thank you so much for saving our weekend!

I contacted Red Sands Plumbing June 1 to install plumbing for a seasonal trailer. They were initially friendly and scheduled an appointment for June 6. The day before the scheduled work, the appointment was cancelled and I was advised it would be rescheduled for early the following week. I was told there had been a death within the company, which I completely understood and respected. However, no one followed up to reschedule, and despite leaving several messages, I received no response. On June 16, I was informed by text that “the plumber requested that we refrain from providing a quote.” This is something that should have been communicated at the outset, rather than leaving me waiting and following up repeatedly. As I’m not located on the Island, coordinating work from a distance makes timing critical. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and could have been handled far more professionally. If this is the level of communication before any work has even started, I would have serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the service itself.

Had a great experience with Red Sands Plumbing today. Mark Merrified came by and fixed the problem quickly. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Everything’s working great now—thanks Mark!
