DO NOT USE! Avoid Reship! Heaps of hidden fees and shipping rules. Using reship will cost you more than double what you figure it will cost. They open every package and if they don't like what you are shipping then they refuse to ship it. Then you pay enormous fees to ship it back or to abandon it.

I was charged $75 in fees on a $99 item. That was in addition to the $35 shipping fee. Nothing was disclosed. Do not recommend.

I was worried about using Reship after reading the negative reviews on here but remembered that most people don't leave positive reviews on Google maps, so here's mine. I had an expensive gaming PC forwarded by Reship from this location to Canada. It did not get stolen. They added the package to my account within 48 hours of arrival. They shipped out my package same day that I entered shipping info. And customer support phone line answered right away when I had a question. Overall a very positive experience.

DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES, DISHONEST EMPLOYEES AND CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE Reship employees steal packages with… Reship employees steal packages with item the see are limited. They claim to have handed it UPS and will not provide any drop off receipt. They allege to have video footage but will not provide such evidence to the clients. Once they are alerted the customer service representative are also complicit and become unresponsive once you try to have the issue resolved. Additionally, I have recently reviewed all the transactions and the charges that were made to my bank card and discovered that Reship was charging more than the amount at the time of the transaction to buy the label for reshipment. I reached out to Reship about this to request a refund of these amounts but as usual no one responded to the emails. Also, I reached out to Reship about charging PST and taxes from British Columbia they are not supposed to charged for carrier services. I reached out to the carriers about this charges and I was told the carriers do not charge such taxes and that the freight company should not. Reship used multiple excuses to not resolve that issue. Very dishonest and deceptive. Will never use again and will tell as much people as possible to not use Reship.
