Abandoned his sewer snake in my sewer line during a job (brand new line). His snake did not get caught on anything and broke. I had to call another local company to finish clearing the original clog. He refuses to do the work to remove the snake which may require excavation on my property.

10/10 experience with Eric and Dalton. Past plumbers from another company came and diagnosed the issue - shower hot water issue due to a worn out cartridge. Past techs couldn't remove the seized bonnet nut to get to the cartridge, gave me a bunch of silly solutions which were not ideal. I had given up and accepted my fate of taking lukewarm showers for eternity. Decided to try the Rooter Guys who made everything so simple. Eric and Dalton were professional, knowledgeable and quick to complete the job. They cut the stuck bonnet nut and replaced the cartridge. THANK YOU!!

Great service, had my waste stack snaked and then my sewer line inspected by camera. Very professional, they were on time, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Next time I have a plumbing issue they'll be the first I call
