Most of the staff here are very nice and helpful but the deli department really doesn’t fit into that category. They are a prime example of having an easy task and choosing to do it badly.For example I’m a fan of the cafe baguette that comes with ham, cheese and butter. Instead of spreading the butter they simply plop a giant scoop of butter on the end of it….really? Did you run out of time or maybe it was simply too hard to spread it evenly? Simple tasks don’t badly. Not to mention the obvious bother it is when you ask a question about any other deli products. Unfortunately it only takes one lazy and rude employee to get you 2 stars instead of 5. Other than that besides being outrageously expensive the store is usually clean and stocked. All of the cashiers are pleasant. Maybe a little refresher for the deli team on customer service satisfaction. 6/3 again Sprouts deli going all out doing the most minimal effort.

Older white lady cashier clearly has a bias against anyone with a darker skin tone. Unless this store wants to have that reputation I would suggest dealing with your employees. Social media would have a field day if this behavior continues

Generally well stocked and a very friendly staff. Unfortunately they are always out of chicken breast, it’s been months since they have reliably had it in stock. Since this adds the inconvenience of a second grocery store stop, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

This is a nice clean store with friendly staff and good sales. Their El Dorado water is 89 cents a gallon right now. The Sushi guy is outstanding!!! On Wednesday I buy his vegetable roll and it’s only $5, regularly $6.99 and it is a work of art and always fresh unlike other stores. Try looking at Whole Foods sushi area, you will see the difference. They charge so much and they do a poor job. The staff are not friendly. Rolls are skimpy, dry and unattractive, they barely have any carrots in them. I have noticed the same in other stores as well.
