Self service wash area is always very clean. The tubs (4 of them), and dryer tables (5 tables) are very well spaced out. The dryers are high powered dryers, and always do a great job of taking out my dogs undercoat. The selection of shampoos and conditioners are always well stocked, and smell quite well. The grooming staff is generally on hand to help assist with nail trims, or just general grooming questions.

I was told by a friend about barkzone and I am so glad I was!!! We have a nearly 12 year old basset with some back hip issues and the stairs to the tubs are great! The shampoo assortment was awesome and even though we thought it was a little thin, after shaking it, we realized it was perfect! Linc now looks so dapper and smells like, well not his houndy self (if you have hounds, you know!)!

My dog MJ has been going to daycare since I got him. I’ve been taking him to Barklandia in Beaverton/Tigard and I tried barkzone because my coworker said that they were good. I dropped my dog off for the six hour minimum evaluation and he came back with open sores and boils on his paws and his right paw had a shattered bleeding nail. I reached out via email and two calls. My first call was to follow up on my first initial email and the call was received well. The person who answered my call, said that she would pass along the information to management and they would look at cameras to see maybe what happened. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and she said that management responds very promptly to emails. I never got a response to my email so I emailed again and called again. I ended up giving up and this evaluation visit resulted in a $498 vet bill because they had to sedate my dog to clean up the peeling skin from his paws, evaluate his boils and blisters, and take care of the shattered nail. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the staff who greeted me and spoke to me on the phone were very nice. I do not blame the facility, but it does make me curious why my dog got hurt at this daycare and not at any other daycare’s. I was not interested in leaving a review at all but after never hearing a response from my emails today on May 8 I got an email from bark zone saying review us on Google. I was shocked after the bad experience they would ask for a review

My dog came from a shelter and hasn't had his nails clipped since- due to being nervous with being touched by strangers. However, Alex did an AMAZINGGG job and was so friendly and patient with him. She got us right in and out!! I highly recommend scheduling with her for your pets' needs. Thank you!! We'll be back :)
