We left our baby girl for the first time ever for a week long trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the time we checked in, to the ease of check out, the staff are all so helpful and friendly. I knew Lumi was in the best hands and I loved the daily updates and photos that I received. She got time in the larger playrooms and catio which were super nice for a kitty like her. She even met new friends (through the glass). Her room was spacious, clean and had views outside which she loves. The photos are of a studio room for reference. We will for sure be using cats in the city for our future trips.

This place is amazing. Each cat gets a whole room with windows to look out of and jungle gyms to climb on. They grow their own organic catnip for the cats, do a great grooming, and give each cat outdoor time in one of multiple catios plus time to roam the house. Attached are photos they sent us of our cat during his stay.

The wonderful staff at Cats in the City took amazing care of my beloved Captain Jack well into his older years. I boarded him many times and could tell he felt very comfortable there. They had no problem with his twice-daily insulin shots and multiple pills (😝), and even dealt with an emergency one time while I was out of town. I trust them fully, and they proved over and over again that it was well-earned!

This is the first time I have booked my cat for boarding at Cats in the City. He had a beautiful room and his own catio where he could watch the birds and squirrels. The staff was wonderful and attentive and took excellent care of my kitty. I really appreciate the detailed daily updates on how he was doing. Cats in the City will be my go to for all of my kitties boarding experiences.
