Picked up my jewelry to find that my earrings which were gold plated had all the gold buffed off were scratched everywhere. I only asked for the clip posts to be repaired and that wasn’t repaired at all and when I asked about it the ladies were rude and dismissive and my gold chain the was soldered broke after only a week. Super dissatisfied with service!
