WOW. okay so honestly this was the best salon experience i’ve ever had! marzia is the only person i trust with my hair now, she’s honestly incredible. from the moment i walked in, the whole staff was so welcoming and sweet, and the environment just had the best vibes ever. it’s such a relaxing, positive space, like you can just tell everyone there really cares about what they do. everything was super organized and done in such a timely way, but never rushed. marzia herself was amazing, so professional but also so warm and easy to talk to. she made me feel so comfortable and included in every single part of the process. i love how she explained every step in detail, showing me exactly what she was doing and why. i’m someone who asks a lot of questions, but she somehow answered half of them before i even needed to ask. she’s just that knowledgeable and intuitive. she did everything i wanted and more. like honestly, my hair turned out even better than what i had pictured. every step of the way, she made sure i felt in control and happy with what was happening. she gave me amazing advice about what would suit my face shape and hair texture, but always respected my ideas too. she really takes the time to understand what you want and then somehow makes it look even better than you imagined. i left feeling so confident and just obsessed with my hair. you can tell marzia genuinely loves what she does. she’s so detail oriented, so careful, and so passionate about making sure her clients leave completely happy. the way she checks in during every step, making sure you’re okay and loving the process, is something you don’t find everywhere. her technique and precision are unreal, but what really stood out was how kind and caring she was the whole time. she made the whole experience feel personal, fun, and special, not just like another appointment. i’ve had bad experiences in the past with other salons, and honestly i used to get anxious about getting my hair cut because i never felt truly heard or understood. but this visit completely changed that for me. marzia made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process that i genuinely started to enjoy it instead of stressing. and even though marzia is the stylist i’ll always go to, i feel like i could trust any member of the n-15 staff to take care of me just as well. that’s how much confidence i have in this team after seeing how they work together. this place really changed my whole perspective on what a haircut experience can feel like. the whole team at n-15 was incredible too. everyone was smiling, offering help, making sure everything flowed smoothly. the salon itself is spotless, beautifully set up, and has such a calming yet uplifting vibe. the energy in there is honestly contagious, it’s one of those places where you instantly feel at ease. everything is clearly well-run and well-managed, and it shows in how professional and coordinated the staff are. if you’re looking for a place that truly listens to you, takes care of you, and delivers results that go above and beyond, this is 100 percent the salon to go to. i can’t recommend marzia enough, she’s a total gem, and anyone who sits in her chair is in the best possible hands. i’ve never felt more confident leaving a salon, and i already can’t wait to come back for my next appointment with her!! thank you to the n-15staff, and a big thank you to marzia. i’ll definitely be coming back every three months for my haircut here, just because of how much i love the experience 🥹❤️

I had an amazing experience here with Marzia as my hair stylist! She is amazing at her craft and knows how to style a variety of different hair types. I was nervous going into a salon as I’ve been told my hair type can be difficult but she didn’t complain and even complimented my naturally curly hair and encouraged me to wear it once in a while :) She knew the style I wanted and said with my hair type I might not get it exactly how I pictured but when she was done it looked amazing and even better than I imagined!! My friends and family are all big fans of the style and it’s all thanks to Marzia!!

Been eyeing this salon for a while now, absolutely did NOT disappoint! The environment of the salon felt relaxing/comfortable, despite such a luxuriously decorated interior. Marzia was my hairstylist today, overall she's such a sweet and considerate professional individual. She walked me through what cut was best for my hair type and lenght, never making me felt embarrassed for not knowing what would be best for me. Marzia is very attentive to detail and checks-in to make sure you're set on alterations. Despite my anxious nature, Marzia's cut on me made me felt a sense of confidence I didnt think I'd spark up again. Thank you so much to N15 Hair Salon and Marzia for making my first experience here worth while, I'd definitely come back months from now for another cut! ♡

Kellie is amazing. She is a magician and always makes my hair dreams come true. 🪄 ✨💫🌟 I’ve been getting my balayage highlights and balayage ombré done by Kellie for about 4 years. I haven’t seen her in about over 18 months and it was time to refresh! As you can see it was much needed!!! There is a reason why I keep coming back to her specifically. I’m very picky and I do not trust a lot of people when it comes to my hair. I trust Kellie with my hair and that says a lot. She takes her time with all my hair and always does an amazing job. Trust the transformation process. It was worth it. I showed her some photo references of what I was expecting, and she delivered! She always does. I am so impressed and happy with the results!!!!
