Today my Jeep broke down in the Starbucks drive-through across from the shop, which was pretty embarrassing and stressful. Kevin at the front desk was incredibly kind and immediately made me feel at ease. He got a tech out right away, and they boosted my Jeep so I could move it into the parking lot and keep the drive-through moving. Even though I haven’t had service done inside the shop yet, the customer service Kevin and the tech provided was outstanding. Based on that experience alone, I would absolutely recommend others check them out.

Customer service here is top notch. The service advisors are so pleasant, and what I appreciate is their honesty up front. I had a slow tire leak, and had used some patch seal as a stop gap. Kevin noticed some on tire wall, and upfront told me it could impact their ability to repair. He explained why but said we will let you know. I appreciated the heads up, so not hit with a suprise. In the end, it was fixable and pick up of the tire quick and easy! Thanks!!

Customer service is not top notch. They use to review the invoice of charges with a customer, now all they do is email you. I have been a customer for 10 yrs and don't recognize anyone there. I told the mechanic I probably have a stabilizer bar issue. We drove 3min around the parking lot and yes I have a stabilizer link issue as I thought, and they charged me another $40 plus tax. fine to check it and take a picture, but $40 dollars plus tax. I wouldn't bother taking my car there as just like any other garage. I can see the wear bar on my tires and know they need replacement. It took forever for me to get an appointment and I left with a $190 bill for patching a tire and valve replacement/tire swap. There prices have gone way up over the years and its not worth it.

I’m new to the area and am thrilled to find a place like Byma’s. I needed a headlight replaced and called on a weekday morning to make an appointment. They fit me in same-day; I got a 1:30pm appointment and was in and out before 2pm. I really appreciate the swift, efficient service at an incredibly reasonable price. Car maintenance and trouble is never fun, but I feel assured to have a great neighbourhood place like this just down the street. Thank you, Byma’s!
