Had an emergency filling and the staff were able to see me same day. Despite having to take extra time out of their days the dental assistant Shilpi and the dentist Dr Sunny were so patient and supportive in decreasing my anxiety. They were able to also come up with some alternatives to help me get the best results with my limited insurance coverage. The receptionist Neel was also super helpful in answering any payment and treatment questions I had. For someone who avoids the dentist because it’s so anxiety inducing they are definitely a team that will make me come back.

Besides the location, not much going for this place. Average cleaning visit — nothing special and did the usual “you need to come back for x, y and z”. It’s now March 2025, and I’m getting a call about an outstanding balance from the visit in April 2024?? I can tell 30 seconds into the call — they didn’t put the insurance through properly. Please explain why I’m the one figuring this out and this is taking up my time. One (average) visit — not returning.

One of the warmest doctors ( most doctors, even kind ones are noticeable cold). The dentist Dr was who treated me when I visited was very warm, and kind and professional and I definitely did not pay him enough. I definitely will be returning. And I wasn’t paid for this review. Lol

Came in as a walk-in for a second opinion/consult on another dental clinic’s work. They were able to register me and see me right away and provided good customer service and clear communication about next steps and insurance. The location is very convenient for those who commute downtown for work too as its right in Union station. I would recommend!
