It is my good fortune to have come across Luminoso Plumbing. I had experience with five other plumbing service companies in the last couple years prior to finding Anthony and having him provide plumbing services for my rental units. My first experience with Luminoso Plumbing was a leak in the bathroom which was running into the downstairs unit discovered at 9:30 at night; Anthony came out the next day, out of his very busy schedule, and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently while providing explanations as he worked. I had him do work again two more times, the most recent time, Anthony fit me into his busy schedule the same day. I had an issue with the newly installed bathtub faucet handle installed by another plumber and I was told the only way to access and fix the problem was to have the drywall behind the faucet (in the hallway) cut out as there was newly finished tiling around the bathtub and faucet. In desperation, I phoned Anthony directly to his cell phone. After asking me a few quick questions; Anthony had quickly determined the issue and squeezed me into his busy schedule that same day. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes and he did not charge me for it. Anthony saved me from having the unnecessary work of having a wall ripped down for what likely would not have solved the issue anyway. I do not have any knowledge of plumbing issues; and therefore, I rely heavily on the knowledge, expertise, honesty and integrity of the person providing this service. Anthony has proven himself to possess all these qualities; he is a decent and honest man of good character, and he is exceptional at quickly and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving the problem. Anthony is my #1 choice person for all my future plumbing needs at my home and the rental units.
