I don't even know how to express the horrible experience I've had at this place. I bought my wedding band from here (chevron, pavé) and have had nothing but terrible service and horrible experiences since. Within one month, a diamond fell out of my ring. I went back to get it fixed, they told me it would take 2 weeks, but it took 3 weeks instead. No big deal. I get my ring back and they told me they checked all the diamonds to make sure they are solid. not ONE WEEK later, another diamond falls out (a different one this time). I decided to go to a local jeweller to check it out and see what's going on, and he let me know that the whole ring it badly made. There were 3-4 other diamonds that were about to fall out, the prongs weren't even touching the diamonds to hold them in place, and ALL the diamonds only have 3 prongs to hold them in place. Overall, it is a very poorly constructed ring. I went back to Lavigueur, this time wanting a refund, but they told me they HAVE to send it to head-office. I was told I would get word back on if I could get a refund that very week. Now we are two weeks later, and I had to call them, and head office just took it upon themselves to send it back to the manufacturer to get repaired. This is NOT what I asked for. Not only that, my engagement ring is soldered to the band, and I don't have that ring either. They think they can just do whatever they want with my rings that could thousands of dollars, without even consulting me. I just know they are going to do a hack job again, send it back, and we're going to be in the same boat all over again and diamonds will fall out. they are constantly giving me incorrect information and going back on what they say, and clearly don't care if they sold me a defective and poorly-made product. I have absolutely no faith in this store, and I would never ever recommend buying anything here. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

She took the time to explain all the options without being pushy, and she made sure I left completely satisfied with my purchase. friendly attitude and patience made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Needed to get the battery replaced on my watch and heard through a friend that they can do this. Went in and was immediately served. Both employees working were very friendly and when I was told how it would cost to replace the battery, I was surprised how reasonable the price was. Only waited around five minutes for the change of batteries, paid and was on my way. The service was fantastic and I will be recommending them to family and friends going forward.

I’m usually not a fan of shopping (like, ever), but my visit to Lavigueur Bijouteries totally changed that. I went in just looking for my first watch (which I ended up buying—it’s absolutely gorgeous and I’m kind of obsessed with it). The staff were so friendly and welcoming, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed or awkward. One of the sales associates was especially awesome—super sweet, easy to talk to, and made the whole thing feel really chill. She even upsold me a pair of diamond earrings (I didn’t need them, but now I love them). I honestly left the store in a good mood, which is not how shopping usually goes for me. Definitely planning to go back. Big thanks to the team at Lavigueur for making my first watch purchase feel special!
