I searched the country for the best bang for the buck I could find on a RAM 1500. I found it at this dealership and James made the process easy and exciting. I flew in to pick up the truck and he had someone meet meat the airport about 20 minutes away and drive me to the dealership! That’s first class service! When I got there, the truck was everything he said it was. The buying process went smoothly and I left with my new truck. There was an issue with the buttons not working properly for the radio and climate control. James took over and found out how I could use other buttons for now, he figured out the problem and since I’m a former ASE master tech, he had the part drop shipped to my house. I received the part a week later, put it in and everything is working great! I can’t thank him enough and his manager for taking care of me and not leaving me hanging when technically the deal was done and I knew I was buying as is. I live in St. Louis Mo about 500 miles away and will come back for any other vehicles I want to purchase because of their integrity!
I submitted an inquiry for a vehicle on their website on a Sunday. Shortly after they opened on Monday, I received a phone call from Dan Katz explaining everything I needed to know about the vehicle and the next steps to begin the purchase. We were able to complete 95% of the deal over text and email. I made the 4 hour drive to trade in my old vehicle and pick up the new one on the following Saturday. Very smooth process from start to finish. Very happy with the outcome. Dan is very knowledgeable, personable, and had a great attitude throughout our numerous conversations. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend working with Dan.
