I love coming here. Best U-Haul location, easily without a doubt. All I can say is that the entire crew, who I all know, are the best guys ever. This U-Haul is the only U-Haul I go to, because I know they are great! They’ve helped me move many times when I needed to. Folks, this is the best U Haul location without a doubt! Definitely come here for anything you need done! I always get my school lock here, always a good purchase. The guys are knowledgeable about the trucks, and it’s good to see my favourite one’s still here. They do trailer hitches, quite good too! Thanks again for all the help!

​A Total Disappointment and Warning to Future Customers: ​​While I’ve tolerated long waits and minor mechanical issues with your vehicles in the past, my most recent experience merits a PUBLIC WARNING. I rented a truck for a small job lasting less than an hour (37KM). Upon returning the vehicle, a U-Haul representative claimed they found a small scratch and immediately charged me a staggering $1,100 for damages I am confident I did not cause. ​ Faulty Inspection System and Poor Customer Service: ​The system U-Haul uses for documenting pre-rental condition is fundamentally flawed. The low-quality, insufficient pictures make it impossible to definitively confirm the presence of small, pre-existing damage, leading to situations like mine where customers are wrongfully charged. ​Attempting to resolve this has been a nightmare. I called the store multiple times only to be left on hold indefinitely. Furthermore, there is no direct contact number available for the store manager, Mike Holder, effectively allowing management to hide from accountability and customer issues. ​Advice to Potential Renters: ​If you absolutely must use U-Haul, please take every precaution: ​Document everything: Take high-resolution photos and a detailed video of every inch of the vehicle, inside and out, before and after your rental. Do not rely on U-Haul's internal system. ​Seriously consider an alternative provider: To keep your job and your peace of mind, search for any other rental company. ​I also observed that this specific U-Haul location appears to only acknowledge and thank customers who leave 4- or 5-star reviews. This speaks volumes about the company's culture—one that seems focused on hiding from its issues and charging customers for its operational shortcomings. ​Keep hiding from your issues and keep charging customers for your mistakes!

Really great job on the "self help" rental pickup process. Made it possible for me to pick up a truck at 7:30am on a Sunday morning. (with the store opening at 9:00). Drop off was equally fantastic, thanks to Hamanjeet S. (got your name from the contract), the process was expeditious and courteous.
