Uniform Basics

I had an amazing experience with Uniforms Basics and just had to leave a review. I placed an order for my daughter’s school uniforms on Friday last week, even though I knew it normally takes around five business days since they have to send everything out for embroidery. I called and spoke with Gilbert, explained my situation, and told him that I really needed the uniforms as soon as possible because my daughter was staying with me over the weekend and I had to drop her off at school Monday morning. He was super understanding and said he’d do his best to have them ready by Wednesday. To my surprise, I got a call from him on Monday — even though the shop was closed — and he told me he’d managed to reach one of the embroiderers and personally went to drop off the uniforms so they could get done early. He said I could come pick them up on Tuesday morning! Honestly, that kind of service is rare these days. Gilbert really went out of his way to help me out, and I truly appreciate it. The level of care and dedication deserves nothing less than five stars. I’ll definitely be coming back here again and would highly recommend Uniforms Basics to anyone looking for quality uniforms and great customer service.

Two weeks ago I made the pilgrimage/ journey to the country of Aurora to make a second purchase of uniforms for my daughter at Uniform Basic. The service was impeccable and efficient as usual. Conveniently, an appointment is NOT necessary to visit the store. The owner even made an effort to speak to my daughter and me in French. (We are Haitians 😁). I notice that additional staff were hired to shorten the waiting time. An effort of diversity among the staff is very progressive.The setting of the store is very parents and children/students’ friendly. There are 3 major stations: the first one is to welcome customers and to inquire about theirs needs; the second one is the spacious change rooms to try uniforms, and finally the cash register to pay and to pick up uniforms. Toys are available to entertain youngsters. Last year, the owner generously added a beautiful sweater to my daughter’s order with her school logo/crest as a free gift. When an order is completed and ready for pickup, the owner conveniently sends a text message as notification. I must comment that the pants are more curvy flattering and stylish. I am a happy returning customer. I highly recommend Uniform Basic!
