I called Urban Soul on a whim after not being able to get into the one salon I knew of in Fredericton. He was easy to talk to while booking my consult, friendly, easy going, right up my alley for what I want in a hair stylist. Not only did he explain things in details I was able to understand his salon is homey and makes you feel comfortable. Thor took my hair from an at home horror to the closest we could get to perfection in 2 back to back appointments. I almost cried at the end of BOTH appointments. He understands ugly hair can affect someone's mental health and he boosted mine with his knowledge and expertise. I can't wait to book future appointments with him in the future and highly recommend you do as well.

Thor just did a Botox treatment for my dry coarse frizzy hair, making it shiny soft and very manageable along with a wonderful haircut. This man does amazing stuff with my hair. It’s a real game changer. I recommend him for anyone but especially if you have the hair texture like mine. I really enjoyed, watching all of the 70’s and 80’s music videos and talking about the past while enjoying a lovely glass of iced tea. Check out the pictures before and after.

I had the most amazing experience at this spa :) Thor is so kind and courteous, he welcomed me at the door, escorted me to a comfortable waiting area, put on music that I would enjoy while I waited. When it was my turn, he used his amazing hair guru skills, colour expertise, coupled with my personality, skin tone, eye colour et cetera to select the best cut and colour for me :) Thor got me in the same day that I called to get my hair done, asked me for pictures that I liked so he could prepare ahead of time and was super easy to talk to about what I would like and not like. The results are incredible. I feel stunning :) he also did a lot of teaching with me and let me watch my favourite Netflix show with a beverage while I waited for the colour magic :) I highly recommend him! Urban Soul Salon and Spa is definitely my new go to when it comes to, not only my hair color, cut, and style, but also my new favorite place to get professional advice along with great deals on all of the newest hair care products. There is one thing EVERYBODY should have is a great cut/stylist and artist when it comes to color. A must have for any season.
