Absolutely horrendous experience! I would love for the supervisor to connect with me to discuss today's matter. The older blond lady at the cashier had no clue about store policy, how donations work and could not answer any questions. Conversation with her was rather painful. Donations drop off staff member with nose ring was absolutely inexperienced, not pleasant to deal with. This was the last time for us, all our friends and co-workers donating or shopping at this location.

My fault for not checking the disc before I left (I usually do, but this time I was in a rush) but come on! Why was this even on the floor 😭 I was sad when I saw the chip but in disbelief when I flipped it over to see the scratches clearly made with scissors 😭

Wow..nicest Mission Thrift store that I have ever been in. Very spacious and bright. Store is clean and organized. Great prices and friendly staff. Good selection of items (clothes and furniture).

Great store, pricing to much better than value village.. if they keep their prices down traffic and turn over will be so much better. Staff r full of smiles and personalable.. ready to help
