I have C-PTSD from the mistreatment and carelessness of the administration team and instructors at MH Vicars. During my second year of school my grandmother died and I had to take time to attend her funeral and grieve her loss. The school showed zero empathy and would not allow me to finish my studies. I’ve reached out to administrators numerous times to resolve the issue and they do not respond. Several instructors had differing views of teaching and had full on arguments in front of me, it was very confusing and disheartening. I also over heard instructors making fun of students in between exams. In my experience the teachers are bully’s and the education is not worth the high price of tuition. They also force you to purchase a massage table and all supplies like sheets and lotions in your first year which is incredibly costly and if you choose not to have a home business you will likely never use them again. A huge waste of money and time. In response to your reply: please tell me how you did your best? It seems you did your best to encourage humiliation, failure and abandonment. I finished school and was able to work with teachers who do their best. What I experienced at MH vicars was far from best. Best would be a refund of $9000 and a genuine apology.

MH Vicars is absolutely awesome to go to for massage. I have been going there for over a year and feel so grateful that this school allows for affordable massage. I feel very confident with the services as an instructor always checks in during my appointment to make sure there are no questions from the therapist or myself. I have had quite a few massages in my life and can honestly say that some of the best have been through this school. I’m so looking forward to going back when it’s safe to open and would encourage you to do the same. My heart and prayers go out to all the students and instructors that it will be safe to commence your studies and get to interact soon.

These students on the average, are as good as many of the massage therapist I have seen who have graduated, now asking over $100. The students do their best, act quite professional and give a very good massage. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially after the renovation and the building is spotless, truly spotless! A good massage and very professional in a nice atmosphere. I can't thank them enough for the free clinics and the low affordable prices that are well worth going there for. Just thankful for them all. Just wonderful. Stay safe and I look forward to being able to come back again.

As a client of MH Vicars Edmonton the past seven years or so, I look forward to booking my massages with both first and second year students, and am always guaranteed the “perfect” massage experience. As a person with mobility challenges, I feel supported from the time I make my booking, to the friendly reminders before the appointment, to the welcoming students and instructors, and of course, the actual massage. The students quickly adapt to various client needs, and I highly value the personal and professional service they deliver for the massage needs I have. I am in the very best of hands with the students and staff at MH Vicars. I praise and recommend MH Vicars to friends, family, and anyone I meet who is looking for a massage in a wheelchair accessible, professional, caring, and affordable environment.
