I left my pearl earrings after a treatment. I called and they confirmed they had them and were going to keep it in a safe place. When I came for my next treatment and asked for them, they didn’t know where they were and said they were on desk... NOT A SAFE PLACE! I left my number for the manager to call me in the event she had them. No call. Called the spa and left my number for the manager to call me. No call. I know my belongings are my responsibility but I’ve had no communication about them and I should be able to trust them after they confirmed they had them. In addition to this, my treatments have been sub-par results and I had to request to see the changes on the Visia or whatever it’s called and didn’t see much improvement with a very expensive treatment.
