Gotta say I'm disappointed in their customer service. They sold me a product with a manufacturer defect from the factory that made it not work at all. Because I didn't end up using the product right away I found out it didn't work outside their 90 day window where they would refund the purchase or ship me a new one free of charge. Now they're saying they'll only do that if I pay for the shipping of the defective product back to them. I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company so I can get a refund without having to spend more money. Not impressed....

I wish I would have read reviews here ahead of time, but instead here I am writing my own 1 star review. I found a part I was looking for on their site. As suggested on the listing I emailed ahead of time to ask if the part was a) a correct fit, and b) in stock. They email back and confirmed both so I placed my order that same day. The next business day I get an email saying my order was flagged because my “billing address did not match the credit card’s registered address” and that I must submit a copy of my statement, and a picture of my ID. Like I get that auto parts are probably a target of credit card scams, but I think they were just making up an excuse to ask for my ID, as my billing & credit card addresses are indeed the same, I figured a copy of the statement would suffice, but no they insisted on a copy of my ID (although they did agree to accept my photo + address with all other info redacted). Ok, fine they say my order is confirmed. NINE minutes later I get another email saying my order will ship in 2-3 weeks because the part is not in stock. The part that I emailed to confirm was in stock. Ok, maybe it sold in the short amount of time between me placing the order and them confirming it. So I asked to cancel the order as I need it quicker than that. I get charged a 3% order cancelation fee. Absolute garbage. Buyer beware.

I bought 4 items from this company in September of 2025. After weeks with no update, I enquired as to what was going on, and managed to get one in stock item shipped to me, which worked perfectly. I’ll definitely order from Banks Power again in the future. After another month I enquired again and got a vague unhelpful reply that required another follow up for clarity. Weeks later I finally received an email that the rest of my parts were being shipped out. Today I finally received 1 of the remaining 3 items. Turns out I had ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, so that’s on me, but the product itself is garbage. It’s unpainted, and you’d have to completely resurface the entire piece to even begin to think about painting it, because the raw finish is full of deep gouges and machining marks. Extremely disappointed in the quality (it’s a Wehril) part). This isn’t Park Autos fault, and I 100% blame the manufacturer for this, but now I’m still waiting for 2 additional parts to show up when I expected that all 3 parts would be arriving today, nearly 3 months after I placed the order. Just a terrible experience all around, and as a result I’d never do business with this company again, or recommend that anyone else order any parts from them. I’m also pissed at myself for not realizing that I had ordered the wrong part for my truck. That was a stupid mistake on my part.

If you don’t pick up your order in time, expect them to resell it and keep your money without refund for a product you rightfully paid for and own. Then they will subsequently offer no assistance to you, regardless of the importance these parts hold to you, the customer. I could care less for the lost money but the lack of wanting to work with your customers to work out a way to get them the parts they need is just terrible business practice. They Would rather quote you a link to their website terms page than offer any sort of solution or real assistance to remedy your order issue or how they can be of assistance to get you the parts you need. Basically you’re brushed off. One thing is for sure, this company will never be in my google searches again.
