Firstly, let me just say that Mariah groomed our dog very well. He really did look wonderful. With that being said, we will not be returning customers. We had an appointment to bring in our dog for a brush out, bath and nail trim. Yes, he had a lot of hair, but German Shepherds always do. Our appointment was for 2:30PM, but I received a text suggesting we not bring him in until 3:30PM because she was still grooming another dog. Fine, no problem. We took him in at 3:30PM and introduced ourselves. It wasn't until 6 HOURS LATER that he was finally finished up and ready to come home. My husband got so worried that by 8PM he was sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting to bring the dog home. I have no complaints about her grooming - her skills were excellent, but her time management leaves much to be desired. Our dog has never taken more than 2.5 hours to de-shed, brush and bath, so this was extremely unusual. I wish her luck in her business and hope that this improves as it is very hard to find a good groomer.

Called one morning needing some paws trimmed up on my puppy and she got me in immediately! Very professional, very personable, absolutely incredible service, even gave him a little bow tie! Wish it was closer to where I lived!

Highly recommend! I saw this place when I went to the tag agency right next to it and was like oh wow, I need to check this groomer out! So glad I did! Much closer to my home very professional, able to get me in faster than 3 weeks out but that could change and I would be okay with that she’s very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend my dogs look absolutely amazing! No before pics only after because I sent my dogs in looking ruff 🐶

Highly recommend this place!! We’ve been going here for years and my dogs always get the best treatment! One of my dogs is anxious and she does great there.
