We had to come here to get our secure bike parking key fobs, and the service was excellent! A kind employee greeted us at the front door and asked us what we would like to do. When we told her, she led us to the service counter, where we retrieved appointment tickets. She then sat us down at the correct waiting area where we were to receive our fobs. The staff member giving out fobs was amicable and informative. When asked about parking hours at city hall, she tried her best to answer and even asked security to verify the details for us. In addition, the building is clean and modern, with accessible washrooms available for the public during opening hours.

Constant battle to clean out the mess made by homeless problem. Area could use more petrol as tent city resident coming over from Victoria and Webber screaming and high. Does not make a good impression for visitors visiting the city.

Dear governor I have bought a kitchen sink today. Let no plumber suffer my fate. To the city of kitchener Waterloo. No Indian will say it is as if to all men. Let the government pay a policing service and enforce its law upon the land. That is my decree.
