Maintenance, facilities everything is good but if you are someone who will be having guests everytime, like friends or family you will have to pay for the guest parking. $6 for 12 hours and more. Each time if someone comes, you will have to pay or should ask them to pay if not will get $35 parking ticket. So be aware of that. Thank you for your reply, team. Please let me know where I can send the details. We recently moved in, and it’s becoming frustrating to ask our friends and family to pay for visitor parking every time they visit. Considering we’re already paying around $2,200 per month, charging residents an additional $6–$12 for every guest visit feels unreasonable. I’d appreciate it if management could review this policy and provide a more reasonable solution for residents who have regular visitors.
