Kendra has supported me in countless ways, providing not only essential physical therapy but also invaluable mental encouragement. She has rekindled my passion for fitness and instilled the confidence I needed to tackle my recovery journey. Kendra's expertise is remarkable, and I am genuinely grateful for her guidance. I know I haven't always been the easiest patient, and I've faced my share of challenges, but her dedication has made all the difference. With Kendra, you get a wonderful blend of a trainer, a mentor, a healer, and a physical therapist who knows how to deliver tough love when it counts. I also want to highlight the amazing front desk staff, who have been lovely, kind, and incredibly informative. Navigating insurance can be a hassle, but they have made the process much smoother for me. Thank you, Kendra, and the entire team at Active Physio! I wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially Kendra—10/10!

I can’t say enough about how the Glad program has helped me with the mobility issues I have had.. Amanda is an awesome physiotherapist. She has made the program fun and time passed by so quickly. Kendra is great as well. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the both of them. They are very encouraging. I’m motivated to keep up with the exercises and keep getting better. I had a great experience at this clinic. The people at the reception were extremely kind and welcoming. I had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Amanda and Asma. The physiotherapists were extremely kind, caring, patient, and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of creating a safe and comfortable environment. When I started physio I had pain turning my neck, back pain from whiplash, and a concussion. It was very hard for me to go about day to day life. Thanks to the lovely staff here I can finally return back to normal. Thank you for all of your help!

I came here after a year of being treated elsewhere following a car accident, and the difference is insaaaane. Keaton has truly made this experience exceptional—he’s a compassionate listener, offers thoughtful recommendations & creates a supportive environment. He’s very thorough during appointments and always makes sure all my questions are answered. Anyone who’s been to physio for a car accident knows how stressful it can be emotionally—but Keaton has been amazing at helping me work through the mental side of treatment too, building up my confidence and helping me feel healthier overall. Also his sense of humor makes the appointments way less of a drag lol. He referred me for cognitive and vestibular therapy, and I love that everything I need is in one place with such knowledgeable professionals. Sarah, in particular, is amazing—she’s so supportive and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure my treatment is on track. Special thanks to the front staff as well for always accommodating my last-minute appointment changes with kindness. This team is wonderful. <3
