When purchasing a product, especially from a reputable brand like Prestige, I expect to have access to replacement parts and support for issues that may arise. Your inability to provide a simple replacement part reflects poorly on your brand's image and customer service. I believe that a company's commitment to customer service and product support is as important as the quality of the product itself. Unfortunately, in this instance, I have not received the level of support I expected from Prestige or your service agent.
