Recently, I encountered an issue with the blender jar's lock area, which had worn out due to regular use. Seeking a solution, I reached out to your service agent by phone, hoping to purchase a replacement jar. However, I was informed that replacement jars are not available through the official channels and was advised to check on Amazon. This response was disheartening as it indicates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and support for your products. When purchasing a product, especially from a reputable brand like Prestige, I expect to have access to replacement parts and support for issues that may arise. Your inability to provide a simple replacement part reflects poorly on your brand's image and customer service. I believe that a company's commitment to customer service and product support is as important as the quality of the product itself. Unfortunately, in this instance, I have not received the level of support I expected from Prestige or your service agent. I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service and product support. In the era of online reviews and customer feedback, such experiences can significantly impact a brand's reputation. It is my intention to share my disappointment with others who may be considering Prestige products in the future. recently purchased a Cast Aluminium Cookware Set, expecting it to be a durable and long-lasting addition to my kitchen. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the very first day of use, the non-stick coating started peeling off. I was shocked to see this happening so quickly, especially since I followed all the recommended usage and care instructions. What was supposed to be a high-quality cookware set turned out to be extremely fragile and poorly made.
