“Exceptionally Bad Customer Experience.” I bought a box of CAT6 Connector cable from Home Star Building Material shop in Oud Maitha along with some other electrical fitting material. Since I was not sure on how much actual length of the cable I may need, I bought extra after categorically checking with the Sales person attending me if I can return the balance cable once I am done with my wiring requirement at home on a prorated cost? I was given clear Assurance at the time of selling that, Yes I will be able to return the balance cable from the box. When I came back after the Fitout, The same sales person including the gentleman on billing counter blatantly refused that no such commitment was made leaving me surprised in disbelief! I am not sure if this is the case of a few individuals working in this shop or it is a reflection of the general Business Ethics that this group follows.
