An Exceptional Experience at Curly Hair Designs! This was my first salon visit in almost ten years, and I couldn’t have imagined a more positive and memorable experience! From the moment I walked into Curly Hair Designs, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming environment — the entire team was friendly, professional, and kind. But I have to give a special shoutout to Rhea, who was absolutely exceptional. She took her time to meticulously wash, detangle, and cut my hair with such care, patience, and passion. Every step felt intentional and thoughtful. She didn’t just style my hair — she educated me on how to care for it properly, explained what she was doing and why, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. I came in with a specific hairstyle in mind, and Rhea handled my request with creativity, precision, and true professionalism. The end result exceeded my expectations — my hair feels healthy, light, and beautifully shaped. After nearly a decade away from salons, this visit reminded me what it means to be genuinely cared for as a client. Rhea is incredibly talented and passionate about her craft, and it truly shows in her work. I left Curly Hair Designs not only looking amazing but feeling renewed and confident. I can’t recommend Rhea and this salon highly enough — a five-star experience in every way!

I hadn't had my hair cut in at least 10 years. I couldn't find anyone who cut curly hair well. In addition, my hair was thinning. I had seen the Curly Hair Designs Studio every time I went to Britannia. I finally got up my courage to book an appointment. I wasn't disappointed. Rhea took the time to listen to me and explain what she was going to do. She was careful and precise. She explained how to care for my hair and how to style it. I could not be happier with the results. I haven't felt this good in a long long time. I would recommend this studio for anyone who has curly hair and bad experiences in the past. They are awesome.

I’ve been bringing my daughter to Paula at Curly Hair Designs since she was 3 (she’s now 4), and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! Paula is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she takes such great care to ensure my daughter is comfortable and never in pain during her appointments. My daughter actually sits patiently the entire time, which says a lot! Paula walked me through the complete care of my daughter’s curly hair from start to finish, giving me the confidence and tools to care for it at home. We drive across the city just to see Paula and her amazing team—it’s 100% worth it. The staff, including Rhea, are always so friendly and welcoming. This is truly a special place for anyone with curly hair, and I’m so grateful we found it!
