Madeleine is not only the sweetest & prettiest receptionist ever ☺️-- she always recommends the best hair care suggestions for me & she listens to my hair issues! Now all thanks to her my hair has completely transformed in only 4 months & i am so grateful for her kindness. Chantal was so cool to offer advice and her opinion on how I can get my hair back to the healthiest blonde ever (she is a blonde Specialist) & Pierino always gives a really great Blow Out + he's a good listener & makes good coffee! Coming here almost feels like free therapy 😊

I had a lovely experience first time experience! I was greeted at the door by Maddie (spelling not sure) who was very kind and offered me tea/coffee/water which was an excellent first impression. She also gave me a tour of the salon and introduced me to the stylists, which made me feel welcome! Chantal did an amazing job on my hair cut and the price I paid for the quality of service was quite reasonable. Will most definitely come back!

Chantal did my hair, and she was fantastic—attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring about the result. I decided to come here with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I’ve just moved from Toronto and was looking for a new place to get my hair done. I requested a simple haircut, but the stylist cut it way too short and the whole process felt rushed and sloppy. I also found it overpriced — I used to go to one of the most reputable salons in Toronto NH15 Salon one of the best in town, where the same haircut cost $80, but here I was charged $90. I wouldn’t mind paying more if I was satisfied with the result, but that wasn’t the case. To make things worse, at the end of the appointment, the hairdresser removed the gown without brushing off the cut hair, so it ended up all over my clothes. Overall, it was an absolutely disappointing experience.
