i would rate 0 stars if i could. not only did they not want to tell me the cost of my meds before asking if i wanted them filled, after spending $100 on meds they delivered them to the wrong door. it was the same building but a completely different apartment number. this shows a huge lack of customer focus. not happy that i have to keep using this service because it’s the only one my doctor uses.

Had a medication that wasn't cheap..was also labeled extremely fragile and needed to be kept cold. They tossed it onto my porch and didn't knock or ring the doorbell. I got to watch it on my doorbell camera. The pharmacy said they get these type of calls often. I'm sure if the medication was for their family member or came out of their pocket, they'd treat it differently, but maybe not. They knew they were on camera and still tossed it.

Top notch people and the product (eye drops) seems to work well. My doctor considers it far superior to any commercial (not compounded) product and insists on it. I received the next day (although I do not require that). Nice real I've people answer the phone when you call.

After the pharmacy put in notes, I put in notes, the ask was that my package NOT be placed right in front of the door but over to the side. Not only is it right in front of the door it’s in bright red packaging!!! Come on delivery drivers, you can totally do better
