One of our customers hired this company to pick up steel at our location. The driver crashed into our our fence and drug the fence down the driveway and took off without telling anyone. We heard the noise and saw him driving away. Called these guys and they said it’s not their responsibility because the driver was contracted. I have been in business for over 30 years and these guys are the most unprofessional trucking company I have ever dealt with. Cost me a lot of money, I would avoid at all cost because if something happens they will not take responsibility.

Classy people. They picked up a very large tool cabinet (a 500 lb toolbox) from Home Depot for me. They picked it up same day, gave me a very good rate on delivery, and when the guy arrived at my home to deliver it, he helped me get this 500 lb toolbox in my garage. Won’t hesitate to use them again, solid service, responsive, helpful, polite people.

River Oaks has consistently been a fantastic carrier. They are timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. They are clearly the best hotshot/courier service in the city.
