Renters beware Horrible company to deal with. - Unable to get repairs done then try to charge for them at move out - charge for normal wear and tear. Eg hand rails and steps - unit was not cleaned when I moved in but expect it to be spotless on move out - charged for utilities after move out date

Jackie has been my property manger for the past 10 years. We first started working together when I picked the wrong tenants for my rental property. She helped me work through the eviction process which resulted in new tenants being selected for the house. Since Jackie took over the selection of tenants I have not had any tenant issues and I believe this is due to her professional manner and the tenant selection process. Jackie also made sure to regularly communicate with me in regards to how routine house inspections went and if there was need of house maintenance. I trusted her enough to make decisions on her own because I knew that she would communicate with me and also give timely service to the tenants. I will continue to recommend Jackie and the Better Home and Gardens staff to anyone who is looking for property management.
