Simco, lately, is WAY better then before. Since Elliot Kerr has left the company the communication is better. Christine Pratt's response is real quick. Maintenance personal is much better. Colin(emergency guy) is amazing. Keep it up!

The building has water leaking issue since LAST JUNE! Other than ripping up the carpet and drywall in my unit, nothing was done in 15 months. Promised the repair would finally start two weeks ago and still nothing. Just lies and not replying to messages. Terrible company! A senior has been living in that environment for the past 15 months! Considering taking legal actions against the the company and condo board.

This condo management company has rightly earned their terrible reputation. If you are looking to buy a condo and see Simco Management as the company overseeing the building - don’t buy there. Keep looking. Horrible! One example: I sent an email on July 11, 2023 asking them to fix the burnt out light above my parking stall. In total I sent 3 emails. As of this writing the light has not been replaced and is still out leaving the area around my car darkened. I pay almost $600.00 a month in condo fees and I don’t know what for. Their lack of response in addressing issues Is typical. Yes, I see the comment saying I have a problem with the condo board. That is true and with good reason.

Christine was great to deal with and I originally thought 1 star, but I feel they have done much better. I did ask for a call back, to confirm they got payment. I do feel they could improve on some things. Example the 5th wheel hanging out in the back where ppl are living in it. Ted said no one is, but I know the girl who’s living in the trailer bcuZ she use to live in the complex with her ex Chris. I do wish Simco would look into it! I don’t pay condo fees so we have squatter’s in the back….
