Randy was my lifeline. When my teen got into trouble while visiting Lexington, Randy didn’t hesitate to step in. He arrived right away with a compassionate heart, offering comfort to this worried mom and providing guidance to my teen. In the middle of a snowstorm, he drove my teen to multiple locations to resolve various issues. Not only did he drive him, but he also helped me find the necessary resources to support my teen. Randy stayed in touch, following up with texts to ensure everything was going well. Just when he thought his evening was over, I had to reach out again. Without hesitation, he picked up my teen and safely delivered him once more.

What a dude!!! Made a 90 min ride easy breezy! Randy is absolutely a pleasure to ride with.

Randy was wonderful. He went out of his way to help. He arrived when he said he would and he clearly is very experienced and cares about his work and his customers experience. He was very professional and polite. His rates were very reasonable and he was easy to work with. Having spent hours waiting on uber's who kept cancelling, I will always use him when I am in Lexington. Thanks again Randy, 5 stars!!!!
