Randy was my lifeline. When my teen got into trouble while visiting Lexington, Randy didn’t hesitate to step in. He arrived right away with a compassionate heart, offering comfort to this worried mom and providing guidance to my teen. In the middle of a snowstorm, he drove my teen to multiple locations to resolve various issues. Not only did he drive him, but he also helped me find the necessary resources to support my teen. Randy stayed in touch, following up with texts to ensure everything was going well. Just when he thought his evening was over, I had to reach out again. Without hesitation, he picked up my teen and safely delivered him once more.

Randy was wonderful. He went out of his way to help. He arrived when he said he would and he clearly is very experienced and cares about his work and his customers experience. He was very professional and polite. His rates were very reasonable and he was easy to work with. Having spent hours waiting on uber's who kept cancelling, I will always use him when I am in Lexington. Thanks again Randy, 5 stars!!!!

Big Blue Taxi is my go to when I need a ride. I started using them a couple of years ago when we were having car problems and I needed to get my fiance to work asap! I called Big Blue and they promptly showed up and got her to work on time. She was working in Winchester at the time and they even cut me a break on the cost. Randy the Owner is a solid guy and easy to deal with.
