Service was fast and on time. However had to call twice to get service to my place. The driver even let me and brother know price before the ride was started. Would recommend for repeat service due to the popularity of Uber and Lyft and possibly a little cheaper than using them.

I just recently found out about this taxi service. I thought taxis were non existent anymore. I have called them twice so far for guests at the hotel I work at and both times they have said give us about 5 min and both times they were right there. Also it's important to point out that both times the driver has gotten out to help the guest with their luggage. That is a service non existent with Uber and/or Lyft. Keep up the great work!!

So, I went to the Ark encounter. There was no uber or Lyft available at 3/4 am I called the "24 hours" taxi places, no one answered. Luckily James from Elite Taxi answer my call and came to the rescue, took me and my mom to the airport and everything was Great. They were the only legit 24HR taxi service out there. Call them any time and they will show up. Thank you, James, for taking care of us!!!
