Worst experience ever. Really bad customer service and the owner has the worst attitude. I came to sell my gold 21 k bracelet I purchased it for 132, market right for it is 135. He was offering me 100 for it. When we asked him how much he sells 21 k for he got defensive and started disrespecting us and saying it’s none of our business how much he sells it for to others. He’s a scammer and he gets mad when people realize it.

Bad customer service and they’re scammers. I adjusted a 22k bracelet I bought from him a few months ago, and I sold him back 1g of 22k gold. He gave me 100$ instead of market price of 120$. Every other gold store said it should be 120$ and they scammed me. The man says he’s an “honest man” and he’s truthful in his business but he’s not it’s just all talk, I went back and took back my gold and sold it somewhere else for 120$.
