It features a gorgeous 1.5 CT lab-grown diamond (E, VVS2), a heart accent diamond, a diamond bridge, and a unique rope pavé design. We also added a personal engraving inside the band, which made it even more special and meaningful. Huge shoutout to Mackenzie Kilbourne (Director of Online Sales) who was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She was super responsive, friendly, and really made sure everything was perfect. I felt completely supported the entire time — from designing the custom ring to getting updates on production. The turnaround time was quick (about a month), and they overnight shipped the ring to me in Calgary in secure, eco-friendly packaging. It also came with all the proper documentation, including the IGI certification. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Ecksand more — especially if you’re looking for a local, Canadian brand that focuses on ethical craftsmanship, attention to detail, and genuine customer care. Whether it’s your first time buying fine jewelry or not, they make the whole process feel easy and meaningful.
