Mice infested bait and switch. Took over 2000 from me for a filthy apartment. Their lawyer insisted that it was professionally cleaned and their leasing agent said there were no reports of infestation. And yet on move in day I find that the inside of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are soaked in mice urine and covered in poop. There is someone else's mail on the kitchen counter. I find evidence of someone trying to clean up the mouse poop in the bathroom. That paper towel in the photo, I found that in the bathroom cabinet. But guys NO ONE KNEW about the infestation apparently. I have so many more photos. When speaking to other tenants of the building they have said its been a problem for months, and when I went outside they pointed out to me all of the mice bait boxes around the building. I did not know that is what those were, but I do now. I have lupus and am immunocompromised. Mice poop is extremely toxic and can destroy my health. I can't live in those conditions and wanted to just back out same day. No harm no foul. I only asked for my deposit of 500 back. They already got a full months rent from me. I never even moved any of my things in because of this. Instead of any apology or understanding they wanted more money from me to fix this problem. They wanted me to live in an infested property, and then acted like me paying them another month of rent was them doing ME a favor. Legal aid was no help, and I can't afford to fight this in court as that takes time and I need housing now. So I now have no money to move into another apartment. They offered to fix the infestation (on a trust me bro we'll fix it, as if there was any semblance of trust I could have in them) and didn't even offer an alternative living situation knowing my health condition. Mice infestations can take weeks if not months to fix. The office staff was lovely to work with, and I see some people have good luck with them, but Bill Stout is just another slumlord Louisville property management company to me.

I lived at this property for 3 years and really enjoyed it. The house was comfortable, well taken care of, and the property management made everything simple and stress-free. I especially appreciated that lawn care was handled, so I didn’t have to worry about the grass. The management team was easy to reach and always professional whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend renting from them.

This is my second time renting with BSP. They are always friendly and professional. I do like their use of an app to address any concerns and handle most business; however, their charges to pay rent by debit card are exorbitant at $9.99 per transaction, even more to pay by credit card. Update: Well, I'm the idiot who didn't see the ACH option which was significantly more reasonable! One of the owners was nice enough to reach out and guide me to that option. Excellent service!

When I was looking for an apartment, Kory was great and super informative. However, residing in this apartment for the past two months has been nothing short of terrible. For starters, a homicide was comitted in our building a few weeks ago, and they have said nothing. No acknowledgement of the situation, no dedication to increased safety. Nothing. Multiple packages have been stolen from because the mail situation here is terrible. Finally, my unit is near-inhabitable because of how hot it is in here. Despite me having the AC on the coldest temperature and the fan on the highest setting, it feels like a sauna. I've had to keep my ceiling fans on 24/7 AND buy additional fans to feel even the slighest cool. I don't feel safe or supported at this property and am seriously considering a lawyer. Would not recommend.
