We moved out because this property company refuses to fix emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner. We lived with a hole in our ceiling and roof for weeks! Breathing in insulation, mold spores and getting rained on. The toilet in the absent and the sump pump were not properly installed and the basement bedroom was unusable due to the constant smell of sewage. No sense of urgency from the staff to have the problem resolved. Other issues were completely half-assed. The fence was falling down and they kept “repairing it” by screwing new boards to rotten ones. Finally we were able to get them to actually replaced it like the 1st 2 fence people they sent out said. The 3rd time they came out to actually replaced it. It was so completely half-assed that they didn’t even bother to put more than ONE nail in SEVERAL boards. Thus, still allowing our dogs to get out. This company cares only about one thing and it’s NOT taking care of their residents. We called to get answers and had our calls screened. They refused to speak with us to resolve the issues at hand. The wording in the lease was not consistent and was our only saving grace getting away from these people. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

Have been renting a house from Pure Property for the last 2 years. Everything has been great! Planning on moving and found a place in the area I wish to live in under Pure Property so I get to continue with them. Application process very efficient. Thanks, Ani and Pure Management.

Renting from this company has it's advantages (low cost living, location), however if you're not a handyman or have plumbing skills it also has it's disadvantages. READ that lease! After paying over $600 last year to rid the complex of a roach infestation, out of my pocket, that was caused by a dirty neighbor, apparently the complex thought I could also install a new toilet myself! The one I had was from 1963.... hope the 1952 dishwater stays shaky!

I the application process was so easy and the response time was less than 24hrs. Ani was so nice and patient in this process and helped get me approved for a great apartment. I definitely appreciate PURE Property and would recommend checking them out if you're looking for an affordable place and friendly staff.
