I’ve had a great experience living at Partridge estates near Rundle. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and well taken care of, making it a really nice place to live. Cindy, our landlord, is amazing. She’s friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the tenants and the community. She works hard to keep everything running smoothly and always makes sure the property and surrounding area are well maintained. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in how well the building and neighborhood are kept up. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!

I’ve really enjoyed renting within Parkridge estates. The place is clean, relatively quiet, and in a great location. Everything is well taken care of, and it’s been such an easy place to call home. Cindy, my landlord, is honestly the best. She’s so kind and easy to talk to, and always quick to help if anything comes up. You can tell she really cares about her tenants and keeps the place in order. Overall, it’s been an awesome experience!

I have had a year of living at Central Park. I feel safe and love my apartment. If I have concerns with minor issues, Olga and Bob are always ready to assist right away. I love that people are friendly here too. I feel valued as a tenant and know that Olga works diligently to keep things running smoothly. Debbie the on-site manager at Bridgeport Village, managed by Braden Equities, was a gem. She handled the move out of the tenants really well, And made the place sparkle ready for new Tenants. She’s very personable, kind and easy to communicate with. In my 23 years of real estate management, she is one of the best onsite managers I’ve seen. Also Nadejda the office manager and Cindy who works as a property managers are both incredible to work with, they go way out of their way for property owners. Highly recommend them. Braden is pretty great too, as an owner he’s personable and still makes time for people.
