We used Brian to help find us a mortgage for a land purchase, which we subsequently built on. He also helped my aging mother with her mortgage. Brian was great to deal with and took the time to find us the best rates. Without him, I don't think the land could have been purchased. Thanks again Brian. I recommend Brian to everyone I know. He worked hard, had integrity, found us the best deal on our mortgage. Brian shared his depth of knowledge of the mortgage game to help us make the best decisions. He even helped us find a cheaper mortgage rate on an advertised deal that was able to be applied last minute to bring our interest rate below 2% (alas, those rates probably won't come around again for a while!). There were some tricky complications that he helped us work through. I don't know what we would have done without him. We found Brian through word of mouth from a good friend who trusted him. My family is ever grateful that we had such expertise on our side to help us buy the home we wanted. We may not have been able to close the deal without Brian, and we definitely would not have found the great terms that he was able to help secure for us with a local credit union that suited our situation so well.
