We engaged Sam at Stratton Landscaping for a significant backyard project, and the results are well worth it. Sam and his team were committed throughout the entire process. Job 1 was removing "a lot" of grass to install new beds around the entire back yard and in the front. The hardscapes were beautifully installed, from stone pathways to the cobble stone borders. We asked for several foundational trees that Sam selected from the nursery and carefully planted. This gave us the anchor we wanted to enhance our landscape for years to come. The highlight of the project was the bocce ball court—a fun and inviting space for us and our friends. Sam communicated with us through the entire project and the team worked efficiently. Sam’s attention to detail ensured a stunning transformation. In summary, Stratton Landscaping turned our grassy backyard into a beautiful oasis. Highly recommended! Update: we had the team from Stratton back a year later to get us ready for spring. Another outstanding job. Sam and the team at Stratton are great to work with.

We had Stratton Landscaping complete a total backyard renovation this past spring with a fence and lawn install. We called a number of companies and Sam was by far and away the most responsive person. His willingness to listen and provide suggestions for your project are second to none. For example, he took the initiative to suggest taking down some smaller trees which opened up the area tremendously, as well as another larger tree that was leaning towards the house - all while never trying to oversell anything. They were able to transform our overgrown space into an incredible backyard for us to enjoy. We would highly recommend Stratton for any project and hope to use them again in the future!

My husband and I wanted to revamp our backyard because it was just plain ugly, so we reached out to a few landscaping companies we found online for leveling, stump removal, and lawn install estimates. Stratton Landscaping stood out above the other companies due to the professionalism, attention to detail, and punctuality displayed by owner Sam Stratton. We initially thought we were just going to have Stratton Landscaping work on the yard itself, but when I voiced to Sam that we were thinking about putting in a patio, he informed me that his team offered that service as well. Sam showed my husband and I several nice concrete patio options and helped us design the perfect stamped concrete patio for our backyard. The detailed digital rendering he created was beautiful and really got us excited for the finished product. It has been over a month since our lawn and patio installation, and we are very pleased with the results. Our grass has grown in nicely, and we love sitting on our new patio. Sam even came back by our house recently to make sure the grass was looking good. We have gotten a lot of compliments on everything already. Hands down we would recommend Stratton Landscaping to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.
