We needed a spare 2 button, flip remote key for my Vauhxhall Ingisngia Elite 2013. After filling several forms out online and not hearing anything back from other companies, we found this one! We filled out an easy form online on Saturday, and the next day...yes on a Sunday, we had a phone call to answer a few more questions about the exact type of key we needed. We spoke to Tony, who was absolutely lovley, extremely friendly and professional. Tony gave us a quote of £160, and even though I said it wasn't urgent, as I already had one key, he was able to fit us in within a few days. Tony was very flexible when arranging a time and day to come out to our house, fitting us in around our work commitments and when was most convenient for us. On the day, Tony arrived exactly when he said he was going to and had his own professional van with everyrhing he needed to make the key at our house. Within half an hour I had my new key, which looked EXACTLY the same as my original one and worked perfectly. There was no hidden charges, we paid exactly £160 as agreed. There was no "oh the quoted price doesn't include VAT or call our fees"....like some companies do!! Tony was happy to accept cash or card payment, whichever was easiest for us. From start to finish the service was impeccable. We had a quick call back for quote, call out within a few days, great communication, no hidden charges, and a friendly and knowledgeable technician in Tony. We would highly recommend this company, couldn't fault a thing. 5 star service from start to finish!!

I needed a new set of 2 keys for my son’s Ford Fiesta and from the moment I found Tony via Google the service was excellent. He booked me in the following day and his friendly, knowledgeable, can do attitude was very refreshing and reassuring. In what seemed like a few minutes he had cut 2 new blades and synchronised the key fobs with the car. The price was very reasonable too, especially for the level of service I received. I cannot be more thankful of Tony’s friendly attitude and excellent workmanship. I would have no hesitation in using Tony’s services again and would highly recommend him.
