Of the potential locksmiths I rang I chose City Locksmiths because Nick is the owner & was clear about the cost of the job from the off (others fluffed the quote claiming they’d know more specifically once on site). He then showed up on time & got on with the required lock changes. Although I assumed that 3 locks needed changing, Nick immediately reassured me that the 3rd was unnecessary - demonstrating an authentic integrity that was very refreshing! The final price paid was as originally quoted. Nick was super-efficient, explained about the crucial differences between the old & replacement locks & was generally a sincere pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend 🤩

My two lock cylinders got stuck and couldn’t be pulled out. One even with lock screw broken. Nick fixed it very quick. Real professional.
