Tom McCaddenI had one breaker tripping on a lighting circuit. I had a different company out last week who said it was fixed, but it wasn't. Clark had two techs out within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem and made a proper repair. They explained the situation clearly. Also, the previous company suggested that the entire breaker panel be replaced for $7k . The Clark techs said the panel is fine and even if replacement was necessary, the cost would be far less. Clark will be my first call from now on.

Richard Sr. answered the phone in a friendly professional manner and says I have a guy that is really good at diagnosing issues, he'll be there within the hour. Richie and Simon arrived 30 mins later and quickly determined that the main breaker in my 35+ year old circuit panel box was faulty. Richie presented options to repair or replace the panel in helpful no-hard-sell manner with very fair pricing. I elected to replace the panel. They prioritized the job because of my power outage and arrived the next morning along with Richard (the owner) to do the job. Every aspect of the work was efficient and professional. High quality parts, the wiring had to be neat, the panel had to be level, gap between wall and panel had to be caulked. I very much appreciate the quick turnaround and the first-rate work. Being friendly and doing things right earns trust. I trust these guys. Highly recommend.

There were 2 other lights plus the proch light and a hall light that also didn't work. Called and talked to Mr. Clark around 8 a.m. and he had 2 electricians here in 30 minutes. Took them only 20 minutes to locate and fix the problem. If you need electrical services you're missing a good experience if you don't call Clark.The cost for the fix was great. 5+ stars all the way.
