Professional and Reliable! I was referred to The Shock Doc by one of my own customers after receiving an unreasonably high quote from one company and getting the runaround from another. I'm very glad I made the call. As a licensed contractor in a different trade, I have high standards and expectations when working with other professionals, and The Shock Doc exceeded them. Best customer service I have ever experienced !! They went above and beyond. Even filled out my HOA application and attached all pertinent docs for the new generator install. Not only that... Jay Honea who did the dig out and form work for the concrete foundation went as far as to fill in some low spots in the back yard with the spare dirt, picked out all the clay chunks and took that away, then left me with my wagon full of select dirt kindly put up in my storage shed. These guys are TOP NOTCH Professionals

Our generator install is not complete but we wanted to give a review up to this point in the process. Consultation/Quote: Ben arrived to our home promptly and was professional the entire time. He asked questions regarding our wants/needs then provided great feedback. (We had other electrical work done in addition to the generator.) After a thorough evaluation of our home, the quote was generated. We were blown away with the details and breakdown of the prices. It was amazing to see exactly how each dollar was accounted for and what we could expect to receive. (We got quotes from another company that had a higher bid and only 2 sentences in the quote). The Shock Doc’s quote was detailed and included pictures, as well. Scheduling Installation: Once the permits were approved. I received a call to schedule the installation of the generator. The process takes several days to complete but there was no guessing on what occurred which date, because after verbally discussing the dates, an email was sent outlining the agreed upon dates and what was to be completed each date. Additionally, email reminders were sent out, as well. Installation: The installation process up to this point has been very seamless. All work has been performed on schedule and everyone is polite and professional. We still have a few steps to go for the install to be completed but I can honestly say, at this point, I am so glad we hired this company and I would definitely recommend them for electrical and generator needs.
